Among many important factors responsible for our wellness, harmful and inflammatory food also determines our health and longevity. Food generally contains healthy and unhealthy components. It can maintain health and cause sickness and diseases. Myfitdiet introduces a revolutionary concept and technology Food Inflammation Index (FII) that minimizes the unhealthy dietary micro-nutrition that can cause inflammation in human body. Inflammation has been shown to link to many human illness such as cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases, certain cancers and perhaps obesity.
With continuous efforts of research and development, Myfitdiet program strives to accomplish the following objectives.
Immediate goals:
- To reduce excess weight gain.
- To achieve ideal body weight.
- To reverse metabolic abnormalities.
- To achieve physical and emotional wellness.
- To educate and re-learn a healthy and natural diet habit.
Long-term goals:
- To achieve a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
- To reduce risks of developing chronic and acute diseases.
- To achieve longevity beyond 85 years.
In our initial clinical trials of morbid obese patients,
participants benefited immediate and significant weight loss. Most of them were seniors and
obese all their life. There was a 28.7% reduction of C-reactive protein,
which is a laboratory measurement of inflammation, in 30 days. They exhibited a remarkable turn-around self-control of eating behavior.
They all lost between 5 to 21.5 lbs in 30 days and 20 to 37.5 lbs in 60 days. In addition, significant
medical and wellness benefits were observed. Please call (847-623-7590) for our scheduled free seminars.
Myfitdiet is a patent-pending, trade-marked
weight management
program. Unauthorized use or copy of the program in part or in whole
is prohibited by the law.
Even though 5% of the US population that is morbidly obese (BMI>40, >35 with comorbidities)
remains largely refractory to diet and drug therapy, it generally responds well to bariatric
surgery . The results of Myfitdiet pilot study showed that participants were able to achieve
the rate of weight reduction comparable to bariatric surgery with excellent compliance rate.
On average, both groups of patients lose 1/2 per day.
Myfitdiet program working principles:
- The use of myfitdiet diet itself.
- The execution of the program logistics.
- The mechanics to re-align the hunger-satiety neural axis.
- The use of myfitdiet index to predict short term and long term weight changes.
- Achieves significant weight loss regardless of age,gender and initial weight.
- Achieves continuous weight loss over long period of time.
- Achieves rapid weight loss within days.
- Offers the most effective and natural methodology of hunger control..
- Allows daily favorite food items.
- Allows off-track binged eating, partying and even overeating.
- Offers daily intake of balanced nutrients.
- Allows spontaneously adaptation to reduced food intake for long-term weight maintenance
- Predicts short- and long-term progress.
- Myfitdiet vs Bariatric Surgery.
In addition to significant weight loss, participants experienced marked improvement in diabetes control, lowering of elevated blood pressure and cholesterol, and marked reduction of C-reactive protein which is an indicator of the risks of stroke and coronary disease. Many patients experienced significant improvement of pain score and tiredness. Nearly all of them expressed greater desire to exercise as they lost weight and positive feeling of well being.
A) 7 Days Myfitdiet Average weight loss: 7.4 lbs;
30 Days Myfitdiet Average Weight Loss: 14.1 lbs;
60 Days Myfitdiet Averge Weight Loss: 19.8 lbs;
90 Days Myfitdiet Average Weight Loss: 30.5 lbs.
B) Summary:
18 morbid obese subjects enrolled in the Myfitdiet program. 50% of the subjects were older than 60 years old. 22% were older than 70 years old. Nearly all of them were overweight all their life. The overall average age was 59.2 years old, weight was 238.9 lbs, height was 65.4 inches and BMI was 37.3. 8 were males and 10 were females. 11 of them were diabetics.
All subjects, regardless of their initial weight, gender or age, lost weight Please see results in the table below. The longer they stayed on the program, the more weight they lost. The rate of weight loss is linear in response, suggesting a continuation of significant weight loss over time (see graph).
There was no significant yo-yo weight changes. While they were in the program, all subjects were able to rapidly lose all their weight gain due to occasional off-track overeating. The results showed a downward smooth decline of their weight over time.
