Myfitdiet offers the following programs:

1. 30 days program: Average weight loss during this period is approximately 14.1 lbs ranging from 5 to 21.5 lbs.
2. 60 days program: Average weight loss during this period is approximately 19.8 lbs ranging from 16 to 28.5 lbs.
3. 90 days: Average weight loss during this period is approximately 30.5 lbs ranging from 20 to 37.5 lbs.

1. All subjects should have a complete physical examination by his/her family physician and routine blood tests will be obtained.
2. Participation of the Myfitdiet program is subjected to medical and psychological qualifications.
3. A team of registered dietitian, nurses and co-ordinators will be assigned to work with you on a daily basis.

Myfitdiet program offers full refund for participants who attain an average score of compliance index, make a sincere effort and fail to lost minimal weight of 4 lbs for 30 days program. All participants are required to attend a three days seminars and myfitdiet initiation program which is usually held in a nearby conference center or hotel. There will be lectures which include exercise, dietary evalaution and consultation. Patients on medications may require additional attention and adjustments of dosages.
